Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my husbands children

I married an older man with two grown sons.which are well off financhally. We just learned that my husband has alzhiemers disease. My youngest step-son is now demanding that I write out a list of what they get when my husband dies and he wants it notorized before my husband dies. The house was divided into 3 parts. My husband and my oldest stepson have signed their halves to me for when he passes, the youngest is making all the fuss. Now him and his wife are demanding some jewerly that my husband gave to me a few years ago. They say they want it because ''it's suppose to stay in the family''..I was told to give them what ever I wanted too, that this was my home too. They talk down to me and are even rude to me, is there anything that I can do to protect myself? Do I have to do a list or should I sign one? I think that I'm being railroaded. Thank you very much --name removed--

I also think there is the possibility that you may be taken advantage of. You should consult with a local attorney who can review all the pertinent facts with you.
