If I dont live in the house with my children and thier mother and I am not lagettamized father but I do pay child support do I have to coparte with family and children service

None of your post makes sense as you didn't tell us why you and DFCS have crossed paths.

In ANY case where DFCS is involved, and in ANY case where you have a child you have not legitimized the child, you will be far better off sitting down with your own lawyer and finding out what to do (and what not to do) than letting bad things happen to you.
