Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm currently married in the State of Georgia. I had an extramarrital affair and became pregnant. The child could either be my husband's or the other mans. The other man has stated he wants a paternity test when my daughter is born. My husband does not want a paternity test performed. What are my options. If he peitions the court for legitimation/paternity, do we have no option but to comply?

Legally, unless a court rules otherwise, the child is your husband's. However, if the other party files a court case, you will need a lawyer and what happens will be up to a judge.
