Your present marriage is not legal. You don't get to on your own act as a judge. To dissolve the 10 year old marriage you have to go to court - usually for an annulment (in some cases a divorce). When you complete that case, and you desperately need a lawyer, you either will have to remarry your "wife" if you want to stay together, or a second annulment (or divorce).

Glen is absolutely right

STEP #1: Hire legal counsel ASAP;

STEP #2: ANNUL 1st marriage; and,

STEP #3: Remarry your present spouse or ANNUL that marriage, too.

Good luck
