Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have to minor children and they and myself the custodial parent live a house that my ex Father in law owns. He has ask that I move and have been sent a letter of eviction. The children do not want to live with their father in the home so we are being evicted. Is there any law in Georgia that states that the parent paying child support has to house or supply money for housing for his children?

No there is not. He has to pay whatever child support is ordered, and it is your responsibility to provide housing etc out of that and your resources.
