Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Modification of Child Support and Summons Answer

I just received a summons for modification of child support. It says I have 30 days to respond but I don't have a lawyer. Is there a form I can fill out or is a formal letter enough to respond? Also, we were just divorced on 6/11/03, can he file for modification so quickly. He was recently fired from his job after being warned repeatedly and is on unemployment. Is it possible for me to subpoena his work records or is that something only a lawyer can do? Since the divorce and subsequent non payment of child support, I am forced to file for bankruptcy so my financial state is abysmal to say the least and I can not afford a lawyer.
