Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Order Granting Default and Relief Requested

I have the aboved document signed and filed with the clerks office Dec. 5, 2008. Now my attorney says we have to mediate this. I am somewhat confused. It appeared to grant the default. My ex-husband owes my children medical care and he is behind on Child support. He also does not pay the proper amount
