Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Okay I'm owed 23,320.00 in back child support and I'm going through child support enforcement and they aren't really doing anything. They sent a wage deduction order to his employer a month ago and he's only paid a payment of 50.00 in court and then 150.00 for August. I'm court ordered 400.00/month. What else can I do to get the money owed for child support. The NCP only pays to stay out of jail then he always stops paying until court then they will make him pay something until the next court date. It's getting old and I want to do something about him not paying. Can I file it as a debt and collect it that way? Or take him to court for contempt myself? I need some answers on what to do please

With that big a debt, consider getting one of the top collection attorneys in the area and offer him one third of what he recovers. You may get some aggressive help that way.
