Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

What does Each party is hereby enjoined and restrained from unilaterally causing or permitting the minor child(ren) of the parties to be removed from the jurisdiction of this Court and the state of Georgia mean? Does it mean you cannot take the child out of the county since it's a emergency hearing?

It means exactly what it says. The child cannot be removed from the county.

The children cannot leave the county in which they live or where court hearing being held or the State or the USA without the permission of the Court
