Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I had no problems being able to see my children until I got into a relationship. Now my ex - wife will not allow me to visit my children because I am with another woman. My boys are my world and she knows that I will die without them!! What do I have to do to be able to see my children? Please help me. Men are looked at as deadbeats and courts usually takes the woman side. I just want to be a father to my kids.

No one here know what the divorce decree or Court order say, and you didn't tell us. If she is violating an order, you need to discuss with your lawyer.

Is the person residing with you? Does she stay overnight when the children are there? Is there a provision of no unrelated overnight guests when children are there? You didn't provide enough information. If your ex is just angry because you are dating someone and she is refusing visitation, she could be in contempt depending on what the order says. I suggest you have the parenting plan and agreement reviewed by an attorney who can give you better advice.

You left out the only fact that would let us answer you. What does your divorce paperwork say about visitation? If your ex is violating the agreement, you need a lawyer to file a contempt.
