ok my question is about child sup
my x has one child and I have one child since he made more he had to pay me cs.. well my son just graduated and hes asked for it to stop and I agreed since all he did was hurt my son and throw it up in his face. how he has asked I pay him.... my question is does he have a good case.... in papers it states he pays till Dakota is 22 if he goes to college and he starts in august... I don't mind paying please don't think im a dead beat mom my thing is chad has forbid my other son from seeing me he once got grounded for coming to my house with older son... I haven't been able to see my son in three yrs... he bribes him buys him anything he wants he once tried to get the older one to move in with him by telling him hed buy him any truck he wanted.. I haven't asked chad to help pay Dakotas hosp bills and in papers he suppost to pay 1/2... does he have a good case or do I have a chance at fighting this

Appears you do have some issues that should be brought before a Judge, however, you MUST hire an attorney and you MUST give that attorney a lot more facts and proof (i.e., all of the documents in your divorce, your Final Decree and any custody orders after divorce final).
My advice, hire a competent Family Law attorney ASAP
