Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My question is: Do I have the right to have my daughter's Birth certificate and social security card? My ex-wife will not give it to me in fear that I will do something crazy. Me and my ex-wife have join legal custody of my daughter. I know that I can request it my self. Just want to make sure I have the right to have it.

A parent can get those straight from Vital Records and Social Security. You don't, if you have joint custody, need permission to order copies.
