Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Restraining Order-Financial harassment

My husband and I are separated due to a restraining order. In the meantime, he has removed money from our joint account that is alloted to pay the car note and insurance which is in both our names. Can this be a violation of the restraining order since these are payments that we set up to be automatically drafted from the acct when I get paid at the end of each month? The car is my only mode of transportation to and from work. It is connected to a GPS system, so when the note is not paid, the car will be shut off. Hence, I cannot get to work.

Consult with a local attorney. His actions may be in violation of the court order but without seeing the order, I can't give you any more help.
