Can I have my spouse removed from home if I am fearful of him and I have no where to go until divorce

Unless there is a provable basis for that fear, the fear alone isn't enough. But, if there have been incidents of violence or threats, and you made police reports, the answer likely is yes. You need to sit down with a lawyer ASAP with details.
