More detail is needed to give you a detailed answer but here are the general answer is as follows: (1) Almost all appeals or motions for new trial must happen with 30 days of a final order, (2) not liking the result is NOT a basis for appeal as factual rulings you disagree with are not appealable (errors of LAW are), (3) appellate law is complex and the failure rate of pro se appeals is virtually 100% so GET COUNSEL, and appellate counsel is usually expensive, (4) things you could have raised and did not at trial are generally waived and cannot be appealed, (5) unless you paid a take down fee for a court reporter so you can get a transcript, an appeal is likely doomed.
