Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My wife abandoned me and our 14 yr old twins.. Do i have custody of the twins? Or do i need to see a lawyer to file some sort of paperwork?

You need a lawyer ASAP Until and unless a court rules, and this is a lot more than just paperwork (it's a whole court case), the issue of custody is in limbo.

How long ago did she leave? Did she leave the State? Do you know where she lives? etc etc etc

You need counsel who can take this matter trough trial, if needed, and not just file some sort of paperwork

Retain counsel ASAP for your childrens' sake
