Legal Question in Medical Leave in Georgia
Do i have to update my fmla forms every year like my employer says..i have a permanent life time chronic disibility. Every year my forms say duration-lifetime.

Do you take leave every year? Do you think it is important to cooperate with your employer? You don't even do a minimum of telling us what forms you are talking about be employers tend to remember which employees only want to do the minimum and question every request.
