Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Hi. I have a 7 month old puppy that just got worms after being dewormed and been given interceptor once monthly as directed by both my vet and interceptors website. Interceptor guarantees their product works, but it in fact didn't. Three nights ago I had to rush my puppy to the emergency vet because he had been throwing up constantly. There they examed him and gave him a shot for nausea and said it looked to be as if he had worms. They recommended I take him to his regular vet the next day so I did. There they confirmed he had worms and gave him 3 medicines. They mentioned that they would see what they could do since interceptor is garneted. Today I went to the doctor due to stomach and constipation problems and the doctor informs me now I have worms! What should/ can I do? I feel wronged. Interceptor lied. They cost me a lot of money and loss of time. They have caused physical pain as well. What can I do legally?

Thanks for your time,

Victoria

It depends on the language on the package guarantee, which you have read and we have not. In most cases, the guarantee will limit your damages to a refund of the product cost. Read the guarantee for details.
