Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I just broke up with my live in girlfriend of 7 years and she is contesting ownership of all property. how do I go about getting my property back.

Since you've given no details as to what property, why she has it, or what the dispute is, there is no way to answer you except to tell you to meet with a lawyer and give him that information. Courts generally do not referee disputes of people who choose to not get married (as the law says marriage is the contractual system to resolve such disputes) so you could be out of luck in some cases.
