What is the difference between a WILL and Guardianship? Which carries more weight legally. If the party passes away? If the party passes away?

A will and a guardianship have nothing to do with one another. A guardianship is a court order over the person or property of a living person, and expires on death. A will is of no effect at all until a person dies. Neither should be attempted without a lawyer. You might want to explain why you asked to compare two such totally opposite things.
