Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I have a general power of attorney over my 23 year old grand daughter. I just found out he has been summonsed over a credit card debt. She ha answered the summons and answered the interrogatories , admission of facts and document request. When or how do I notify them of my power of attorney and that i will be making the decisions on this case?
