Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

If my grandad, which is 80 years old, was at the hospital and on Morphine at the time due to the procedures he was having done, and if his granddaughter went up there and had him sign Power of Attorney along with the Deed to his and my grandmother's house, car and truck over to her, is that legal? And what procedures could we go about to have it reversed?

Is it legal? Its not illegal and not a crime. However, the power of attorney can be revoked by your grandfather. If he is not competent, then pursue a guardianship action (called a conservatorship in GA).
