Without more information, on first blush, you will nee to hire local counsel in Cleveland area and have him/her file a motion to dismiss you from lawsuit (Judge will have to sign order allowing you to be dismissed from case). Do not let opposing counsel do it for you as his client's interest are adverse to you and his/her job is to protect opposing party and NOT you!!

Give me a call and I can point you to a few excellent attorneys in the Cleveland GA area

Good luck

Discuss with the lawyer handling the case. We don't know anything about the case.

You should speak with the attorney that is representing you and/or the group first so that you can fully understand the consequences of your actions. If you are not represented by an attorney, you should consider hiring one for a few hours of his time -- he can review the court documents and tell you pretty easily what needs to be done to get you out and if something needs to be filed with the Court, he can do that too.

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
