Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I live in Atlanta, Georgia and have a very rocky relationship with my partner. I also suffer from an anxiety disorder and depression, which he is well aware of. Twice in the last couple of weeks, he has initiated upsetting conversations with me, or an upsetting conversation has occurred in which he has videotaped me. The first time that a conversation was initiated, he was videotaping me on his iPad without my consent or knowledge. He continued the conversation, saying things that he knew would continue to antagonize me and force me to react, and then showed me towards the end of his recording that he was recording me the entire time stating that filming my anxiety attack was for his own protection, and threatening to call an ex who I have a child with and tell him about my emotional breakdown that he was capturing on tape in such a way that would compromise my custody of my child. He then did this again about a week and a half later, in which he started recording and following me around with his iPhone in our apartment after we had an argument about his past infidelity, and refused to turn off the camera no matter how many times I said "You do not have my permission to film me right now!" which clearly made my anxiety and level of terror increase. In trying to get the camera out of his hand to make him stop, I accidentally scratched him and he is now threatening to use this against me. He told me the next day that his friend, an Atlanta police officer has been guiding him to make these tapes of me in case I ever tried to file any charges for domestic abuse or call the police on him when we are having a dispute. Oddly enough, the abuse has always come from his end as far as speaking to me in cruel, degrading ways, telling me that I am stupid, a bitch, a whore, a cunt, etc. so for him to making these recordings is even more upsetting given the abusive history in the relationship. Is it legal for him to make these recordings against my will in the state of Georgia?

I am not understanding why you have not either moved out or filed for a temporary protection order after making police reports. Do one or the other - today.
