Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I purchased a vehicle for my fiance this year. She has recently broke of the engagement and our relationship. The vehicle is registered in my name only, and I make the payments on the car and insurance. Is there any foreseeable issue with me taking the vehicle back?

You can't undo a gift unless she agrees. So yes, there's a big issue if she wants to make an issue of it. Hopefully since you were unmarried, you and she, at the time you bought it, drew up a written agreement in advance that said what would happen if the engagement was called off. Show that agreement to a lawuer.
