Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

At my school there is no rule against having cell phones and there is no rule against charging them. I was charging my phone when another teacher who wasn't involved with the class at all said it was against policy and ripped my charger out of the wall damaging it and came dangerously close to making my phone fall. What can I do?

Listen to the teachers. They are in charge.

You can go to the Dollar Store and buy a new charger for $5. Using their electricity without permission is theft and they can stop you, policy or not. Stop charging your phone in plugs where you do not have express permission.
