can a dental office refuse to clean my teeth if i refuse there plan of care? peridontitis treatments

Virtually any provider can refuse to treat you for just about any reason they want (with few exceptions for unlawful discrimination). The same goes for any business that does not want you as a customer. You have the same freedom to go to another dentist.
