Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
My H1B did not get selected this year. My OPT expires on 30-Nov-2014. I'm planning to quit Job after Nov 30th, enroll in School and get a CPT starting from Jan 6th. Then get back into my company after I get my CPT. If I do enroll in a course , should it be related to my field of study. I'm working in IT.
