Hello Sir,
I am posting this question, on behalf of my brother. He has a Hotel Management Bachelor's degree and is working in Hyatt
Residency in India for the last 3 years. He seeks working oppurtunity in US. In this regard,
Is he eligible to get H1 B working Visa to work in US?

Since this is a management position, he should qulify for an H-1B. Ihave filed many cases like this in the past and have a 99% approval rate on them!

All he needs is a job offer and either a four year degree or the equivalent. He should qualify for an H-1B if there are no other issues in the case.
