Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

I want to move to Canada to live and work. Can I get a visa and what type of visa could I get? Also my husband is in the United States illegally, would he be able to get into Canada because he was here illegally?

You would need to ask a Canadian immigration lawyer. You are unlikely to find one posting in a Georgia site rather than the Canadian area of this site. I would suspect that your husband will get jailed at the border given what you said.
