Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia

I was in an accident Jan 2013 and went to court in Feb 13 and the defendant didnt show and the case was dropped. Now her insurance company is attempting to sue/garnish me. Would I have a case if I went to court?

You;re confusing the crimninal case and the civil case, which are separate. And why have you not reported this to your insurer, who would defend you and pay claims, If you went this long without reporting it, they may not defend you and pay claims. Call your insurer NOW, as in the next five minutes.
