Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

During the 10 yr employment of my last employer, I suffered severe breathing problems, was hospitalized several times. Before I left my job, I was having to take my nebulizer to work with me in order to breathe. After I left my job, I started to realize I was not having breathing problems. It has been approx 1 1/2 yrs since I left my job. I have not had ANY breathing problems. The office I worked in was severely rat infested. Can I sue my former employer for causing my health problems?

Anyone can sue for anything. Whether you have a valid claim is a different issue. It will take more than mere speculation about your breathing problems.
