Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I was hired as a part time employee in GA, with the understanding that I would not be available to work nights or Sundays. One year later, I was promoted and transferred to a new location with the same understanding. Now it is two years later, I'm up for my annual review for a raise in four days, and I am being told that it is mandatory for me to now work nights. Can they do this?

Sure, unless you have a contract. It is the employer, not the employee, who dictates the working rules and schedule according to their needs.
