How long in Georgia does a employer have to turn in a separation notice to the labor board and what happens if they never turn (respond) or send it in?

If the employer fails to provide the information on the separation notice, it has no defense to the claim for unemployment and the employee's benefits will be charged to the employer's account. I believe they have 14 days to file it, but I am not sure of that.
