However, the fact that it has a digital signature would not effect its enforceability. The fact that it was dated one month before you started also would not make it unenforceable. Georgia recently changed its law making it easier to enforce such agreements when they are written in a reasonable manner, and giving judges the right to "blue pencil" or re-write clauses that are overly broad.
