Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

is my non compete enforceable when it has a digital signature? and is dated 1 month before my start date? I am trying to leave a sales position due to overlapping territory and sales disputes with a co worker

You have not provided sufficient information about the terms of your non-compete agreement for a definitive answer. I would need to see the contract and ask some questions of you before advising you. However, the fact that it has a digital signature would not effect its enforceability. The fact that it was dated one month before you started also would not make it unenforceable. Georgia recently changed its law making it easier to enforce such agreements when they are written in a reasonable manner, and giving judges the right to "blue pencil" or re-write clauses that are overly broad.
