Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
The owner of a small medical device company I worked for up until today, has stated he is closing and cannot pay my payroll this month, canceling insurance retroactive, as well as not paying the commissions on sold products. Is this legal? What can I do?

No that is not legal.
You can initiate a lawsuit against the person for the unpaid commissions an breach of contract. There may be other recourse as well.
