Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I may have been terminated from my job illegally. I was taking testosterone replacement treatment, and the side effect is a heighted sense of aggression. I started the treatment because of extremely long working hours leaving me depleted. A confrontation occured with an associate. No violence occured, but words were exchanged. I have heard allegations that other managers have had similar situations, and were reprimanded only. I made my direct manager aware of my treatments on Saturday 12/28/13. I have been denied my earned bonus for December. This occurance happened on 12/01/13. I worked the whole month averaging over 60 hours, and maximized the bonus in sales and profit, but I was fired after acheiving max bonus. They termed me before paying me what I worked so hard for.

What is your question? Your post is not clear about why you think you were "illegally" terminated. A reason is not required for termination, but confrontations with others can certainly be a reason and there is no requirement that punishment be given out equally. As far as your bonus, it depends on the requirements and policies. We don't have them. You'll need to see a lawyer to go into detail.
