Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Hello. I wanted to know how my future background checks will impact job opportunities. I was arrested for shoplifting 5 years ago and the case was dropped and the records were expunged. I was arrested again 2.5 years ago for shoplifting. The charges were dropped. But, I have not been able to expunge. Upon, the second arrest I sought help and have not been tempted or committed this act again. I am a working professional and have been working in my current job for 8 years. I am worried that I will not be able to get another job due to the background check if I decide to leave my current company. Any insight is very much appreciated.
