Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I work at a fast-food restaurant with a rather large parking lot. Is it legal for our store owner to require us to park elsewhere, off of company property? The hospital and hotel next door have both banned us from using their parking (as all the lots are private property, and rightfully so because they cannot park at my workplace). Both of those companies have threatened to tow our vehicles if we park there. Can our employer require us to park on someone else's property? If so, is he responsible for towing costs should we be towed?

Of course no one else is going to be responsible for your choice to illegally park. It is also not "illegal" for an employer to limit parking - it is their property.
