Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I do not have the address of the tenant who breached the contract and moved out. I did file a claim at the Magistrate Court, using my property address, but I recently received a document back from the court, which states that the defendant is not present at the address I've provided. I do have his credit report from his initial application which has the address that matches the whitepages.com address, and appears to be his parents' house. He did not return the keys to my property and broke in later to make damages on the walls and doors around the unit. I never knew people can escape out of their faults easily as what I am dealing with. What can I do in my situation?
