Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

How do you find out who is responsible when several tenants vehicle window shields have been shattered or totally broken out? The apartment complex were informed that the car windows were broken out due to their lawn care services running over rocks in the parking area with their lawn care machines. As of this morning 05-06-2014 there was another incident with a car (window knocked out) It happened this morning as the Lawn Care services were cutting the grass. When the Manager of the complex was informed the answer given to the tenant was," not their fault". When the Lawn Care company was informed the answer given was "our people said that they didn't do it and so we are not responsible". How do we as the tenants go about getting help for this situation. Also, please note that this is not the first time that complaints have been made to this apartment complex concerning the removal of the rocks because there have been other incidents in which cars have had dents made in them because of these rocks. Thank you in advance

Your question is not a legal one, but a logistical one. Get evidence that it was the lawn company and seek compensation from the landlord since they were acting as the landlord's agent.
