illegal lease

My property was given to a realtor who in turn ask a friend/associate to rent my property. The property was rented without my consejnt for the tenants assigned or my sighing a lease. The friend/associate signed the lease all without my knowledge. Upon finding out I asked the tenant to move which they refuse to do. There has been no exchange of money between myself and them neither have i signed any lease or othrt paperwork

To be safe I would wait 60 days from the date you first gave them notice to be off the property. Then, if they remain on the property past the 60th day, file a dispossessory (eviction) with the magistrate court. If there is no lease agreement between you and them, the court should give you possession of the property.
