Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
My landlord did not perform a move in inspection or a move out inspection. Now it is 42 days after we moved out and they called for the first time saying they will be withholding some of my deposit but they refuse to tell me how much.

Send a Certified Letter, Return Receipt Requested, DEMANDING your security deposit back NOTHING MORE IN THAT LETTER
Do not talk to landlord until he/she responds to your demand letter IN WRITING
