Anyone can sue for anything. Why did the fan fall? What are your actual damages from it falling? Did you call to have it fixed? How much mold? What are your hospital and medical bills from the mold? None? What happened when you called the manager to take a look at it? Are you looking for reasons to get a big check? It doesn't work that way.
