hi just paid 549.00 for admin. fee and 549.00 for rent haven't sign the lease yet but I saw the apartment on the news last night about pill on garbage everywhere no air cond. in no units homeless people living in vacant apartments, mold inside most apartments I call today for a full refund because on the conditions on the apartments and they refused only saying they can only give me back 549.00 for the rent but not the admin fee. here there anything I can do??????

Send certified letter demanding refund and why you cannot live there (be specific)

Do not sign anything unless you get a full refund

When they do not respond with a FULL refund sue them in Magistrate Court demandng your money back PLUS costs of filing and, in part, damages for theft by conversion, punitive damages and other statutory damages
