Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I have rental apts. A tenant was evicted in Oct. 2009. The tenant left a vehicle on the property. I gave him a letter asking him to remove the vehicle, it has not been done yet. What can I do with this vehicle.
