Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I am currently renting an apartment. The cost of the rent went down about 6 months ago. It is time to renew my lease but the apartment will not give me the lower rent unless I move out of my current apartment and into another unit. Is there anything I can do besides change units or continuing paying the higher rent?

The landlord has informed you which apartment they will rent you for what price, and it is your choice to accept or not.
