Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
We were told that our apartment would come furnished, but 7 months after moving in, we are still waiting on some of our furniture that everyone else in the apartment complex has but we are missing. Can the Landlord still charge us the same price and what should we do about it? We have already asked several times what is going on and nobody will give us a strait forward answer!
