Bankruptcy filed without permission

My lawyer filed bankruptcy on me without my permission due to an clerk error. It is on my financial records. I need to know how can I correct this.

Either the lawyer, or a new Bankruptcy lawyer, might be able to request that the Court strike the filing from the records, if there is no dispute that it was filed accidentally. If so, you can then correct your credit reports.
