Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

I had an epidural shoot given to me for the pain of labor. and now I have lower back pain that goes through my hip and to my left thigh. The pain is too much and I have never has this until the epidural my baby is 5 months old now and I live with this pain it hurts when I change diapers try to grab her for the crib and all of it started happening after I had the epidural. I have read other people posting up similar cases and they have sued I wanna know what are my options. I don't have health insurance I was on medicaid and it was suspended after my pregnancy. So if any lawyer knows what I should do please let me know.. thank you.

You don't know the answer. It would take a qualified medical opinion to review all facts to determine whether the doctors acted negligently, and the negligence contributed to your condition. There mere fact that something went wrong does not lead to the conclusion that someone was negligent, and the fact that someone else sued for something similar does not mean you have a claim. The first thing a qualified malpractice lawyer will have you do is see a medical expert.
